The Manager-Occupational Safety and Health is responsible for ensuring the compliance of legal requirements and creating a vibrant health and safety culture throughout the Region.

The Manager-Mental Health Services works along with the Specialist Medical Officer (Mental Health) in order to efficiently manage all Psychiatric and Mental Health Services throughout the Region.

The Manager-Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits Administration is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a harmonious Industrial Relations climate through the adherence to agreed rules, regulations and procedures, to provide support to Line Managers/Supervisors in the solving of human resources problems, and to monitor the operations of the organization with a view to initiating appropriate changes in Industrial Relations policies and practices.

The Manager-Information and Communication Technology is responsible for the effective development, management and maintenance of the information resources of the Eastern Regional Health Authority.

The Manager-Hospital Administration is accountable for the effective management of all hospital based services within the Eastern Regional Health Authority.

The Manager-Employment and Employee Services is responsible for supervising and working in collaboration with Human Resources support staff in the Head Office and Sub-Units.

The Disaster Manager is responsible for administering and overseeing disaster management in accordance with local and
international standards to facilitate the delivery of healthcare services in the Region. Duties include the coordination of the
design, development, maintenance and exercising of disaster management plans, procedures and systems with the aim of ensuring health care services continuity in times of emergency and disaster.

The Manager-Corporate Communications is responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing communication programmes that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products and services, through the implementations of appropriate communication strategies to ensure that a positive image of the Authority is maintained.

The Manager-Security Services is responsible for developing, managing and coordinating all security- related activities of the Authority and monitors the personnel of contracted Security Services to ensure the provision and maintenance of efficient, effective and quality security services and a safe and secure environment throughout the ERHA in accordance with the overall objectives, policies and procedures and statutory obligations and guidelines of the Authority.

The Manager-Para Clinical Services is responsible for supervising the Para Clinical services such as Radiology, Laboratory, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Medical Records.
