Manager - Disaster Management

The Disaster Manager is responsible for administering and overseeing disaster management in accordance with local and
international standards to facilitate the delivery of healthcare services in the Region. Duties include the coordination of the
design, development, maintenance and exercising of disaster management plans, procedures and systems with the aim of ensuring health care services continuity in times of emergency and disaster.

Manager - Corporate Communications

The Manager-Corporate Communications is responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing communication programmes that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products and services, through the implementations of appropriate communication strategies to ensure that a positive image of the Authority is maintained.

Manager - Security Services

The Manager-Security Services is responsible for developing, managing and coordinating all security- related activities of the Authority and monitors the personnel of contracted Security Services to ensure the provision and maintenance of efficient, effective and quality security services and a safe and secure environment throughout the ERHA in accordance with the overall objectives, policies and procedures and statutory obligations and guidelines of the Authority.

Manager - Human Resource Planning

The Manager-Human Resource Planning plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization's workforce is aligned with its strategic goals and objectives. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that Human Resources activities and support are responsive to the strategic objectives of the Authority as directed by the General Manager-Human Resources.

Maintenance Technician (Plumbing)

The Maintenance Technician (Plumbing) is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled activities in the installation, operation and maintenance of plant and equipment at the hospital. Ensures the integrity, reliability and efficient functioning of portable and waste water systems at the Authority.

Maintenance Technician (Electrical)

The Maintenance Technician (Electrical) is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled activities in the installation, operation and maintenance of plant and equipment at the hospital and administrative offices. Provides specialist technical expertise in maintenance of electrical installations and equipment throughout the region.
