Chief State Solicitor

The incumbent functions as the principal provider of responsible professional legal services in the area of Civil Law to all Government Departments and Ministries, ensuring compliance with the law in their functions and representing the State in civil matters before the Court. Also responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of the Chief State Solicitor’s Department.
