Respiratory Therapist

The incumbent will be responsible for performing multiple duties that require training and knowledge in the assembly, transport, disinfection, calibration, and troubleshooting of respiratory care-related equipment and patient care. Responsibilities include maintaining an appropriate level of equipment in various respiratory work areas, assisting Pulmonologists, Physical Therapists, Medical Doctors, and Registered Nurses with procedures and tasks, and providing training to new respiratory therapy assistants and students.

Respiratory Technician

The Respiratory Technician assists in diagnosing and treating respiratory conditions. Duties include operating respiratory equipment, conducting pulmonary function tests, assisting physicians with airway management, educating patients on respiratory care, and monitoring treatment efficacy.

Social Worker I (NOTU)

Responsible for assessing and assisting transplant candidates and families in overcoming psychological and financial obstacles. Duties include conducting psychosocial assessments, providing counseling, and evaluating patients' mental and emotional readiness for organ transplants.
