The incumbent will be responsible for performing multiple duties that require training and knowledge in the assembly, transport, disinfection, calibration, and troubleshooting of respiratory care-related equipment and patient care. Responsibilities include maintaining an appropriate level of equipment in various respiratory work areas, assisting Pulmonologists, Physical Therapists, Medical Doctors, and Registered Nurses with procedures and tasks, and providing training to new respiratory therapy assistants and students.

The Respiratory Technician assists in diagnosing and treating respiratory conditions. Duties include operating respiratory equipment, conducting pulmonary function tests, assisting physicians with airway management, educating patients on respiratory care, and monitoring treatment efficacy.

Responsible for assessing and assisting transplant candidates and families in overcoming psychological and financial obstacles. Duties include conducting psychosocial assessments, providing counseling, and evaluating patients' mental and emotional readiness for organ transplants.

The Respiratory Physiologist is responsible for conducting respiratory diagnostics and therapy. Duties include performing spirometry tests, calibrating respiratory equipment, assisting pulmonologists, conducting pulmonary assessments, and educating patients on respiratory care.

Responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Institution via lead operator functions of monitoring the computerized, integrated communication system.

Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, recording, and reporting various site activities under NCRHA’s healthcare facilities. Duties include inspecting work quality, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining site records, and reporting project progress.

The Research Officer is responsible for developing and executing research programs. Duties include analyzing public health data, supervising research staff, preparing reports, conducting statistical evaluations, supporting health sector planning, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible for supervising customer service activities, ensuring smooth operations of patient support services, resolving delays, coordinating staff, and handling patient inquiries and complaints.

Responsible for performing, supervising, and consulting on ultrasound procedures, providing diagnostic imaging solutions, training junior staff, maintaining ultrasound equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

The Research Assistant is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting health data. Duties include compiling statistical reports, ensuring data accuracy, conducting research, assisting in surveys, maintaining research databases, and supporting public health initiatives.
