Provides administrative support to the Manager, Compensation & Benefits, including supervision of clerical officers, processing of benefits, and maintaining HR records.
Responsible for the general supervision, monitoring, and maintenance of all cleaning activities in accordance with established cleaning standards. Ensures facilities for special events are prepared and cleaned thereafter.
Responsible for ensuring standard requirements are met to improve healthcare quality, conducting surveys, developing accreditation training, and liaising with healthcare professionals.
Responsible for processing wages and allowances, preparing monthly journals, handling supplier payment discrepancies, and ensuring employee salary data accuracy.
