Responsible for planning, organizing and conducting programmes of research for the Planning and Implementation Unit of the Ministry.

To coordinate the activities with a view to maximising their effectiveness, of the various social programmes/ projects of the Ministry.

The incumbent will perform professional and supervisory work in the social sector planning and evaluation in the Ministry of Culture and Community Development.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of programmes and activities of the Project Implementation Unit of the Ministry.

Responsible for spearheading the research, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the programmes of the Ministry of Culture and Community Development.

The incumbent will provide technical support and advice to the Ministry of Sport and Community Development on matters related to various sporting disciplines, sport development in general, Anti-Doping inSport and other related matters.

The Sport Development Officer will report to the Physical Education and Sport Officer I / Sport Servicing Officer in the respective regions. If there is no Sport Officer I, the Sport Development Officer is required to report to the Assistant Director of Physical Education and Sport.

The Facility Manager of the Indoor Sporting Arena will be responsible for the overall supervision and direction of the use of the Sporting Arena and its facilities and for advising on matters pertinent to its administration.

An employee in this· class is responsible for planning and implementing programmes of training in a designated sporting activity for teachers, students, young people in the community and community coaches.

The incumbent provides psychosocial support to individuals, families and groups within the practice and legislative frameworks, in order to protect and improve the social well-being and functioning of individuals, families and communities.
