This job requires the incumbent to manage the activities of a Unit engaged in eradicating the illegal supply, distribution, and use of dangerous drugs and psychotropic substances. Functions include directing or investigating complex and sensitive matters, making policy recommendations, developing work programs, liaising with international drug enforcement agencies, monitoring operations for compliance, and performing general policing duties.

Manages the implementation of the curriculum in a special education school, including supervision of staff, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, and facilitating a healthy learning environment.

Supervises police officers in Community Policing, conducting investigations into domestic violence, child abuse, and delinquency. Establishes youth clubs and community watch programs.

Supervises a group of Police Officers in intelligence operations, counter-terrorism, and the provision of protective services for VIPs. Collects and disseminates intelligence data.

Supervises officers in counter-terrorism operations, collects and disseminates intelligence, and coordinates specialist training.

Supervises officers engaged in the repair and maintenance of police vehicles, examining vehicles, estimating costs, and testing repairs.

Supervises and coordinates officers controlling traffic flow, monitoring compliance with traffic laws, investigating traffic offences, and providing escort services.

Supervises officers installing, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications equipment and standby generators. Ensures inventory control and record-keeping.

Supervises staff engaged in the receipt, storage, and distribution of arms and ammunition, ensures safety and record-keeping protocols are followed.

Collects and compiles data on accidents and traffic offences, supervises officers performing traffic duties, and maintains traffic-related records.
