Certification

The Security Support Technician is responsible for ensuring the protection of staff, patients, visitors, property, information and the image of the Authority. Supervise all operations of the assigned location; plan, coordinate, direct and control security activities.

To manage, coordinate and perform preventative/restorative and rehabilitative professional nursing activities as a Registered
Mental Nurse to all patients in a timely, efficient and effective manner, utilizing the nursing process to plan and implement quality nursing care so as to achieve optimum functioning of patient/ client.

The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting blood samples for laboratory analysis.

The Pharmacy Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Pharmacists as well as other classifications of Pharmacy staff, to collectively provide a high quality of service and health care to both the internal and external clientele inclusive of but not limited to physicians, nurses and patients.

The Patient Care Assistant is responsible for lending additional aid to the nursing body in order to further enhance the effective quality care of clients.

The Nursing Assistant is responsible for ensuring healthcare is provided to all clients after receiving instructions from the Medical Officer, District Health Visitor or District Nurse.

The Midwife, in keeping with the vision of the Authority, is responsible for working along with the Nursing team to perform obstetrical deliveries and routine duties including ante-partum and post-partum care.

The Medical Records Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the Medical Records Systems in the Hospital, Health Centres and District Health Facility function efficiently, so that efficiency in patient care delivery is optimized.

The Manager-Procurement and Contracts is responsible for coordinating the centralized system for the procurement and control of supplies, equipment materials and services utilized within the Authority.

The Manager-Financial Accounting is responsible for the maintenance and administration of the Authority’s General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Payroll functions.
