Prisons Officer I (Bakery Officer)

This job requires the incumbent to direct the day-to-day operations of the Prison Service bakery, baking products for the personnel and inmates. Functions include training inmates, supervising operations, maintaining bakery equipment, and managing supplies and cost estimates.
