Police Inspector (Accidents)

This job requires the incumbent to direct and supervise the activities of a squad/group of police officers in a sub-unit of the Traffic Branch responsible for visiting scenes of vehicular accidents to conduct investigations. Functions include reviewing and analyzing accident reports, identifying and evaluating problems in vehicular traffic flows, recommending changes in traffic control systems, coordinating traffic flows for major national events, and providing escort services for state officials and other dignitaries.
