OCCUPATIONAL ANALYST II

Specialised and supervisory work in the field of Personnel Management. An employee in this class supervises a group of subordinates engaged in job audit, analysis and research in selected sectors for the compilation of a Dictionary of Occupations; and in preparing job descriptions, narrative, and statistical reports and other types of occupational information as an aid to personnel and administrative functions.
