Organizes the functions of a staff of technical employees engaged in socio-economic research, identifies socio-economic trends, evaluates trends on matters pertaining to socio-economic development, analyzes administrative and legal procedures, participates in work planning and training system, interprets effects of Government's regulations, represents Government on various committees and conferences.
