BUILDING MANAGER

Responsible administrative and professional engineering work in the construction and maintenance of building projects. Responsible for directing and supervising the Building Branch of the Ministry of Works. Work involves formulating programmes and coordinating operations for construction, maintenance and auxiliary work on all Government Buildings; the investigation of building techniques and the review of policy regulations, standards and methods to ensure the best use of personnel and material resources.
