BUILDING INSPECTOR II

Technical and supervisory work in the inspection of buildings. Organises, plans and supervises the work of subordinates engaged in inspecting building and building areas both in the course of construction and on completion to ensure adherence to approved plans and conformance with the requirements of the building laws and regulations. The employee is required to review the reports submitted by subordinates and to attend to appeals from builders and contractors.
