The Registrar (Psychiatry) is responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric patients. Duties include assessing and managing mental health conditions, supervising junior medical staff, performing clinical rounds, monitoring drug efficacy, participating in research, ensuring patient rights compliance, and contributing to psychiatric case management.

The Registrar is responsible for diagnosing and treating inpatients and outpatients. Responsibilities include daily management of wards, conducting patient rounds, supervising house officers, overseeing drug administration, participating in research, ensuring adherence to medico-legal principles, and contributing to medical case management.

Responsible for providing a comprehensive microbiology service, quality assurance, and participation in research and training programs.

Oversees medical social work services, develops policies, and ensures compliance with standards.

Ensures high-quality nursing care, develops policies, and manages nursing personnel for the NCRHA.

Oversees the maintenance of engineering infrastructure, manages facilities projects, and ensures compliance with operational safety standards.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the Unit meets its obligations with respect to international and regional agreements.

Conducts psychological evaluations, develops treatment plans, provides therapy, and engages in mental health research and education.

Plans and conducts epidemiological research, surveillance, and disease prevention programs for the NCRHA.

Responsible for managing the technical and administrative functions of the Immunology section and providing expert consultation on immunological cases and reports.
