Manages supply chain operations, procurement, inventory control, and ensures the timely delivery of goods and services to various departments.

Directs laboratory operations, ensures compliance with clinical laboratory standards, oversees staff, and manages laboratory inventory and equipment.

Develops IT policies, manages infrastructure and network security, oversees IT projects, and ensures efficient technology support services.

Plans and supervises housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards in all facilities.

Manages employee relations, negotiates labor agreements, resolves disputes, and ensures compliance with industrial relations policies and regulations.

Oversees customer service operations, ensures quality service delivery, monitors patient experience, and coordinates customer feedback mechanisms.

Manages salary structures, employee benefits, pension plans, and compliance with labor regulations while ensuring fair and competitive compensation policies.

Develops and monitors strategic business plans, conducts business case analyses, and assists in budget preparation for the Authority.
