The Registered Nurse/Midwife is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in support of quality obstetric care as directed by the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Staff. Duties include supervising and instructing nursing assistants, assisting during treatments and examinations, administering medications, performing vital sign monitoring, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining medical records.

Responsible for assisting in neurophysiology procedures, diagnosing neurological conditions, and operating diagnostic equipment for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.

Responsible for driving vehicles for transporting persons or materials, delivering documents, and performing minor maintenance on assigned vehicles.

Responsible for delivering and collecting mails, registering incoming and outgoing correspondence, and general office-related duties.

Responsible for providing professional mental health services, including prevention, early detection, treatment, and rehabilitation in community settings.

Responsible for supervising subordinates, case management, and implementing departmental procedures for social work interventions.

Responsible for assessing psychological needs of patients and families regarding diagnosis impact, offering social support, and implementing treatment models.

Responsible for performing administrative and secretarial duties, transcribing medical documents, maintaining records, and ensuring confidentiality of patient information.

Responsible for supervising the medical records department to ensure effective record-keeping, confidentiality, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsible for assisting the Medical Records Officer in clerical duties, including assembling patient records, data entry, organizing clinics, and maintaining office stocks.
