This job requires the incumbent to receive, classify and secure items seized as evidence to be used in Court. Functions include issuing court exhibits to complainants at the time of trial and arranging for the disposal of the same in accordance with Court Orders. Functions also include directing and supervising the activities of a group of Police Sergeants, Police Corporals and Police Constables engaged in investigating, detecting and preventing the illegal supply, distribution, and usage of dangerous drugs and psychotropic substances.
