State Counsel III (DPP)

Under direct supervision of higher-level attorneys, the incumbent represents the State in a complex range of criminal proceedings in Magisterial matters, appearing as Junior Counsel in Criminal and Magisterial Appeals, and conducting prosecutions in the Assize Courts.
