WORKS FOREMAN I

Semi-skilled and supervisory maintenance work. Responsible for supervising several manual and semi-skilled workers engaged in the maintenance and care of public buildings, grounds, roads, bridges, and other facilities. Assigns work, keeps time cards, certifies paylists, and maintains records. Performs routine, repetitive tasks under detailed instructions from a superior officer.
