DIRECTOR OF REVENUE TRAINING

Administrative and highly specialised work in the field of tax training. An employee in this class is responsible for organising, planning and directing all training activities in the Inland Revenue Department. Work involves formulating policies, evaluating and analysing training methods and techniques and conducting research on related matters. Work also involves supervision of a group of subordinates engaged in assisting generally in executing training programmes of the Department. Work is performed independently but is subject to review by a superior officer for compliance with established procedures and regulations.
