Teaching Service

These professions are involved in educating the population and school administration spanning Early Childhood Care and Education Centres (ECCEs), Primary, Secondary and Special Technical schools. There are over 13,000 Teaching personnel in the public service and these persons are hired by the Teaching Service Commission.

Persons in the public tertiary sector are hired by their respective Universities/Tertiary Institutions.
